Scott opened the doors to Bolt & Nut Supply's latest store. David helped him throughout the summer getting the business license, utilities, shelving built, inventory stocked, etc. The store is located at 1775 South 4130 West #F (just off of SR 201--Bangerter) in Salt Lake City.

David's New Machine!
We went up to Pocatello, ID to pick up David's new GTO. Well, new to him. It's a 2006, red with black leather seats. It is a six speed manual with a 6.0 corvette engine under the hood. David and Jordan, his cousin, searched for quite a few months before finding this car in Oregon. There are a few special features in the car. The previous owner added a GPS unit/DVD player/IPod compatible player. We all got to test drive the car for a few blocks. David was sold. He had a definite grin all the way home. He was warned by all that the car had the characteristics that policemen look for...red, fast, young kid! So...watch out! So far, David hasn't had a speeding ticket in his life. AND he doesn't want one...so he continues to drive the speed limit or a little under. On the way home, he found the car got 26 mpg doing 75 mph. In the city, he only has gotten round 18-20 mpg. A few days following the pickup of the car, on the following Sunday, he took his friend Josh home from church. As they topped the hill on Mutton Hollow Road to Highway 89, Josh made the comment, "Somehow I don't think this car was meant to drive this slow!" So true! Good Luck, David. You may be driving a mini van one day down the road with 10 kids attached. Enjoy it while you can.
